A single-bedroom riverside cottage, Pencreek occupies a quiet corner of the Tregothnan Estate between Truro and the coast. The building commands views over the water from its main rooms, where a wood-burning stove provides both heat and atmosphere. The bedroom holds a zip-and-link bed, arranged as a superking or two singles as needed, and the bathroom includes a slipper bath with shower attachment. Downstairs, an open-plan living space flows into a kitchen equipped for self-catering, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included; initial logs for the stove are provided too.

The cottage sits privately on its own, with parking for two cars and a patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Truro city centre is a ten-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. The sailing villages of Mylor, Falmouth and St Mawes lie within easy reach by car, and Newquay's beaches are about 16 miles north. The property does not allow smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
