A few steps lead into Halcyon's ground floor, where an open-plan layout spreads across a living area with woodburner and bay window, a dining space that seats eight, and a kitchen with dual fuel range and large fridge. Double doors open onto the garden and patio. A utility room with tumble dryer and a ground-floor toilet complete the lower level. Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate seven guests: one with a super king bed and balcony access, one with a king bed, and one with bunks and a single bed (the bunk room suited to flexible sleeping arrangements). Two bathrooms between them both have showers and heated towel rails. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating and hot water are provided.

St Mawes village sits beside the water, and the Church of Our Lady, Star of the Sea & St Anthony stands nearby. You have private parking for two cars and the garden offers outdoor furniture plus a shower. One well-behaved dog stays free. The property is non-smoking.
