Pineview Cottage

Pineview Cottage is a two-bedroom property in the village of Hessenford on Cornwall's south coast, sleeping four across a king and a double bed with one bathroom. The ground floor holds a living room with electric fire and Freeview TV, plus a kitchen/dining space with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all the basics for self-catering. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. You have the whole place to yourself, with parking for one car on site and Wi-Fi throughout; heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

A pub is within walking distance. Seaton Beach, a wide grey sand beach where dogs are welcome year-round, lies about two miles away—useful if you're bringing a pet, as they stay free. From there, the Seaton Valley Countryside Park offers walking routes, and at low tide the beach extends to Downderry. Looe, a fishing village five miles south, has restaurants and more beach access. No smoking inside the cottage; you get a courtyard garden with seating outside.
