Pitt Barn Cottages- The Shippen

The Shippen is a stone cottage built on a single level, set in countryside near Callington in southeast Cornwall. Everything unfolds across one floor: a combined living, dining and kitchen space with a smart TV, a kingsize and a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is Wi-Fi and electric central heating. You have your own patio with garden furniture, plus parking for two cars on site.

The cottage sits within grounds shared with other holiday properties, which feature a large pond and various seating areas. The grounds have a natural water supply via borehole. The building is detached, and smoking is not permitted. For those exploring the area, Seaton, Portwrinkle and Millendrea beaches are within easy driving distance, as are the moorland walks and country lanes that characterise the region.
