Fowey's town centre is a two-minute walk away, and Readymoney Cove's sandy beach takes fifteen minutes on foot. Polbathic sits on the waterfront with river views across to Polruan and out towards open water. The building's multi-paned windows are a remnant of its former life as a shop, giving it visual character that sets it apart from modern holiday lets.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a double on the ground floor with direct access to a private terrace, a 4ft 6in double and two single beds upstairs. Two bathrooms mean less negotiating over morning routines. The ground floor has a full kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave; a utility room with washing machine; and the shower room. Upstairs, the living room opens onto a balcony running along the front and side of the property—the natural place to watch the river traffic and light change across the water. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. One parking space is allocated nearby. No smoking inside. Children under 8 are not accommodated.
