Roland Cottage is a single-storey property in Falmouth, sleeping four across two bedrooms and furnished for self-catering from day one. Everything you need to cook is here—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave—along with a washing machine, fridge and coffee machine. The open-plan living area has a television and DVD player. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, as is gas central heating for cooler months. The shower room has a heated towel rail. One car can park on site.
The cottage sits near The Oddfellows Arms and within walking distance of Falmouth's harbour, restaurants and beaches. The town hosts events throughout the year and has galleries, a cinema and bowling nearby. Ferries run to St Mawes and Flushing; the Helford River offers scenic boat trips. Pendennis Castle overlooks the headland. Dogs stay free and are welcome here. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
