Don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper! Single glazed windows, wooden floors throughout and bedroom doors with big gaps under mean you hear everyone walking around the hotel. I even thought my door was being opened when it was the next door room a really freaked me out! The room is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. But the noise level is really bad

A lovely spot and a brilliant room in the heart of Falmouth. Paul was incredibly accommodating and upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise when I arrived! I ended up staying an extra night so I could sit in the window and do some writing, which was an absolute treat :) Great location, lovely room, fantastic value for money, and probably one of the best baths I've had in a long time. Thanks, Paul! Love the vibe you are creating :)

Clean bedding and towels, comfy bed but everywhere shabby and not clean. Very friendly service Felt like I was going to be bitten by 'something ' Cannot believe why Booking.com have this property on their website!!!!!!!! Please note, the good reviews are from 8 years ago.
