About Pennance Mill Farm and Camping Park
Pennance Mill Farm sits on the edge of Maenporth, a couple of miles south of Falmouth, spread across eight acres of meadow split into four fields above the coast path. The site has been run by the same family for decades and mixes grass and hardstanding pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes with a small number of self-catering chalets, giving it a settled, established feel rather than the polish of a big commercial park. Modern toilet and shower blocks serve the fields, and campfires are allowed – a rarity that campers particularly appreciate.
A pitch and putt course on site gives families something to do without leaving the farm, and a private footpath and cycle track leads directly down to Maenporth Beach in around twenty minutes, avoiding the road entirely. Falmouth itself is reachable by bike or the coast path beyond that. The farm keeps things simple and reasonably priced compared with some of the larger holiday parks nearer the beaches, making it a practical, well-located base for exploring both the town and the Maenporth and Swanpool coastline without needing to drive in each day.

Lovely place to camp, showers were a bit lacklustre, when more than one person using showers the pressure dropped completely with some people having to wash suds out of their hair in the sink....Good place to stay if you're into mountain biking as the 4X track is on site. Very helpful owners and walkable to Maenporth beach that has a lovely little cafe with fabulous cake. Also walkable to Falmouth in 40 mins and plenty of taxi services to bring you back.

We had a brilliant 3-night stay at Pennance, a very warm welcome from Vanessa on arrival. Very peaceful campsite, surrounded by gorgeous lush plants and vegetation. Facilities were spotless!

This was our 2nd visit staying at Penzance Mill Farm (for the 4X racing). We love the location as its right at the 4X track thus no need to travel. The walking distance to beaches also a big plus. The only real negative is the showers. When there was high demand for using the shower block the water literally did not run!

Nice campsite in a great location. There is a private walk through woods to the South West coastal path. The toilets and showers are basic but clean and tidy.
