Sea Haven

Sea Haven suits couples and small families wanting direct beach access without fuss. This is a compact one-bedroom cottage converted from a 19th-century building, positioned on the quay at Looe with the sand just 50 yards away—your own door opens onto the beach. The property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet stays free.

Downstairs holds the living and dining space, fitted with an open fire, Freeview TV, and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs is the double bedroom with a dressing area and a shower room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there's a shared courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, a cycle store, and a public car park nearby (charged separately). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the external utility room. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.

The location puts you within reach of the Cornish Coastal Path and the cliffs, while nearby Mevagissey offers a working fishing village. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are accessible for day trips. Water sports—kayaking, surfing, swimming—are on your doorstep. Sarah's Pasty Shop and a general store are moments away, and a pub sits within a mile. No smoking inside.
