Seacharm

Seacharm sits 20 yards from the east-facing sand at Gorran Haven, in a converted Victorian building with sea views. The cottage is yours alone, with a bedroom on the ground floor, a first-floor living space, and an external utility room holding a freezer and washer-dryer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating comes from electric radiators and underfloor heating in the shower room.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and Freeview TV. Upstairs, the living and dining area opens onto a Juliet balcony and contains an electric woodburner and another TV. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A travel cot is available. There is a shared courtyard with garden furniture and a sitting-out area; a public car park lies 350 yards away at cost. No smoking.

The South Cornwall Coastal Path runs adjacent, offering cliff and beach walks. Shops are 50 yards away; a pub with restaurant is 500 yards off. The Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey harbour and the Eden Project are within easy driving distance.
