Seabreeze

St Mawes and its sheltered harbour sit within easy reach, along with coastal walks, beaches and the working fishing village atmosphere that draws people to this corner of Cornwall. Seabreeze itself is a substantial five-bedroom house designed to sleep ten, arranged across a lower ground floor and ground floor with enough space that groups rarely feel cramped. Each bedroom has a bed to itself—four kingsize doubles and one with single beds—and three bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly. The ground floor opens into a generous living area with woodburner and bi-fold doors that fold back onto a balcony; a separate sitting room, dining space and fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher give you room to spread out or cook properly.

The garden is the real draw. Beyond the house sit a private hot tub for eight, a sauna, firepit and gas barbecue, with garden furniture and enough space to feel genuinely secluded. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for three cars and the property is non-smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A travel cot and highchair are available if you ask when booking.
