Summers Beach View
Cornwall
St Mawes is one of Cornwall's most established holiday villages, with a working harbour that draws regular ferries, sailing boats and water traffic year-round. The village itself is compact, lined with independent shops, restaurants and bars that fill with visitors in summer and settle into quieter rhythms come winter. A coastal footpath connects the village to St Just in Roseland church and beyond, offering dog-friendly walking without needing a car. The beach lies half a mile from the property.
Summers Beach View is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a coastal house, accessed by a steep hill with steps as an alternative. The living space centres on a comfortable lounge with dining area and unobstructed views across the water towards Place Manor; a front terrace lets you sit with morning coffee facing the same outlook. The bedroom holds a zip-and-link super king bed (convertible to two singles on request), with an ensuite bathroom offering a bath and shower. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine and washer-dryer—along with a fridge-freezer to stock provisions. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car; additional spaces are available on the road outside.
The property welcomes up to two medium or small dogs at no extra cost. It is strictly no-smoking and not suitable for children except babies in arms. Two guests maximum.
