The Roseland Haven

The Roseland Haven works well for groups of up to ten—extended families, friends marking an occasion, or anyone wanting space to spread out without being on top of each other. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms mean people can have their own territory, and the whole property is yours alone. A gated position above the water gives the place a sense of seclusion while keeping St Mawes' harbour and beaches close.

The interior opens onto estuary views from its main living spaces, and the design lets you move between sociable areas for cooking and eating and quieter corners for downtime. Bedding, towels and Wi-Fi are included; the kitchen is properly equipped for group catering. Outside, landscaped gardens and a private hot tub extend the living area—useful after exploring the surrounding coastline or the wider south coast. The place doesn't allow smoking. One dog is welcome. Check-in is after 3pm, departure before 10am.
