The Barn

The Barn sits within reach of Cornwall's most compelling draws: you can be at dramatic clifftop paths and sandy coves within a short drive, explore the Eden Project, visit stately homes and celebrated gardens, or simply walk from the door into unspoilt farmland. The coast is five miles away; Pelynt village, a mile. This makes the location work equally well for those seeking countryside peace or a base to work from while you explore the county.

The property is a self-contained conversion sleeping two, with a double bedroom upstairs and a ground-floor bathroom. Downstairs is an open-plan space that combines living, dining and kitchen areas—the kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for cooking proper meals. A woodburner, smart TV and Bluetooth speaker are there for quieter evenings. Bed linen, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The sitting area opens onto a garden with furniture, and beyond that are three-and-a-half acres of enclosed meadow shared with other properties on-site, where dogs are welcome to roam. There's a barbecue hut on the grounds and parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is allowed; smoking is not.
