The Coach House

The Coach House is a standalone cottage within Woodlands Manor Farm, a collection of converted agricultural buildings near Helston. It's a single-bedroom property sleeping two, with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles if needed. Downstairs is an open-plan living area with a dining space and kitchen equipped for proper cooking; a shower room is also on the ground floor. Upstairs is the bedroom with exposed wooden beams. Essentials like wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels come as standard.

What sets this place apart is the shared pool—a 12-metre heated indoor facility open from 8am to 8pm—plus a games room with snooker, table tennis and table football. The grounds include a children's play area and sitting areas with garden furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free. Parking is available for two cars, and there's an electric vehicle charging point. Note that an unfenced lake sits within the grounds. The property is non-smoking.

Helston is on the Lizard Peninsula; Cadgwith Cove, a working fishing village with a beach and crab sandwiches, is nearby. The coast offers cliff walks and a mix of popular beaches and quieter spots depending on what suits you.
