Everything is on the ground floor, though the bedroom and bathroom each have two steps up to their entrances.

The open-plan living space centres on an inglenook fireplace, complete with an original clome oven, and has exposed wooden rafters overhead. You can cook using an electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher; there is also a washing machine, coffee machine and fridge. Entertainment comes via Freeview television and DVD player, and wifi is available throughout. An enclosed patio with garden furniture and barbecue extends the living space outdoors. Heating is via oil-fired underfloor system. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in your stay. The property does not permit smoking.
