The Stables occupies a converted stable block in the Tamar Valley, set in open countryside between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. The property sits on the owner's grounds with its own cobbled courtyard and lawned garden facing south. Elevated position means views across rolling fields and woodland, with the River Inny visible in the valley below. This is walking country—there are dog routes from the doorstep, and the coast is forty minutes away by car.
The cottage has two bedrooms: one double and one with two singles. Two bathrooms means no queuing. Downstairs holds the living space, kitchen and shower room; the bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen is equipped to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave included. Wifi and electricity (from solar power) are covered, as is bed linen and towels. Parking for two cars is on site. One well-behaved dog stays free.
Launceston town with its medieval castle is five miles north. The Springer Spaniel pub and restaurant sits one mile away; Tre Pol Pen farm shop and cafe, two miles. The property doesn't permit smoking.
