The Studio at Granny’s Well

The Studio at Granny's Well sits beside a tidal creek in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the property itself accessed through countryside near Lombard Farm. The arrangement is unusual: bedrooms and a utility room occupy the ground floor, while the main living space sits upstairs, arranged around an open plan. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds (one can be split into twins), ensuite showers, and doors onto an east-facing patio overlooking the garden and pond.
