Holly is a two-bedroom cottage at Trecan Farm, a small complex of traditional stone buildings set back from the coast near Looe. The property sleeps five across a double bed in each bedroom, plus a single in the second room. Downstairs there's a living room with a woodburner, a kitchen with electric cooking and full appliances, and a shower room. Parking for two cars is on site, and the whole place is yours alone.
An enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue opens from the cottage. The farm sits within eight acres of landscaped grounds that include a children's play area, tennis court, and games room with pool and table tennis—all shared with other properties. Guests have use of a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; fuel for the woodburner is provided to start you off. One well-behaved pet can stay. The drive from Looe takes you past Talland Bay, a rocky cove five miles away with a coastal path, while Looe's own sandy beach is closer still.

A perfect stay here at Trecan Farm Cottages. The accommodation was perfect in every way, perfectly clean and spacious. Everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast reliable WiFi, a comfy bed and a nice hot shower. Kirsty is an excellent host, very friendly and kind. She showed our children around the farm and let them hold and feed the small animals and brush the two Shetland ponies. A cream tea waiting for us on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee in the cupboard. The little farmyard and games room kept the kids entertained all week. The countryside surrounding the cottages is absolutely beautiful in every direction. Very quiet and peaceful. Looe and Polperro are 15-20 minutes drive away. There are plenty of places to explore for the cyclists/runners/hikers out there. We are already looking to book again for next year.
