Ricann at Trecan Farm Cottages is a converted barn sleeping four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a living room with woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a bedroom with twin single beds plus separate toilet. Upstairs, a double bedroom connects to an ensuite. Essentials like electricity, bed linen and wifi are covered; there's initial fuel for the woodburner, and towels are available to hire. A cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request.
The cottage sits within 8 acres of landscaped grounds that include a children's play area, tennis court and games room with table tennis, pool table, darts and table football—all shared with other properties on the farm. Your own enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue. A laundry room with tumble dryer is also available. The farm is near Looe and its sandy beach, with Talland Bay about 5 miles away for coastal walks and rock pools. Porfell Animal Land is within walking distance. The property is non-smoking.

A perfect stay here at Trecan Farm Cottages. The accommodation was perfect in every way, perfectly clean and spacious. Everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast reliable WiFi, a comfy bed and a nice hot shower. Kirsty is an excellent host, very friendly and kind. She showed our children around the farm and let them hold and feed the small animals and brush the two Shetland ponies. A cream tea waiting for us on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee in the cupboard. The little farmyard and games room kept the kids entertained all week. The countryside surrounding the cottages is absolutely beautiful in every direction. Very quiet and peaceful. Looe and Polperro are 15-20 minutes drive away. There are plenty of places to explore for the cyclists/runners/hikers out there. We are already looking to book again for next year.
