Trecan Farm Cottages occupies eight acres of landscaped grounds near Looe, where rolling countryside meets the coast. The Lodge is a standalone property on the estate, approached via a private tree-lined drive and set among traditional stone cottages. The whole place is yours alone, with direct access to shared facilities including a tennis court, games room, children's play area, and bike store.
Inside, everything is on the ground floor: a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Bedroom one is a double with an en-suite shower; bedroom two has two single beds that zip together; bedroom three is a single. A main bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in a shared laundry room, an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue, and parking for three cars.
Talland Bay and its coastal path are five miles away; Looe beach, with rock pools and sand for building, is closer still. The area suits families—there's a games room with table tennis, pool and darts, plus a children's play area on site. No smoking throughout. A fenced pond on the grounds needs watching if you have young children.

Stayed here many times, host are lovely, great walks to do and lots of lovely scenery. Definetly recommend!! The cottages are well decorated and very clean, compliments to whoever cleans them. Thanks will come again

A perfect stay here at Trecan Farm Cottages. The accommodation was perfect in every way, perfectly clean and spacious. Everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast reliable WiFi, a comfy bed and a nice hot shower. Kirsty is an excellent host, very friendly and kind. She showed our children around the farm and let them hold and feed the small animals and brush the two Shetland ponies. A cream tea waiting for us on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee in the cupboard. The little farmyard and games room kept the kids entertained all week. The countryside surrounding the cottages is absolutely beautiful in every direction. Very quiet and peaceful. Looe and Polperro are 15-20 minutes drive away. There are plenty of places to explore for the cyclists/runners/hikers out there. We are already looking to book again for next year.
