Tregidden Farm - Buzzard Barn
Cornwall
Photo: Google Maps
Buzzard Barn is a converted Victorian barn set on 14 acres of grassland and woodland near the hamlet of Tregidden. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a king and two singles—with two bathrooms and all the essentials for self-catering, including a kitchen with full appliances, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Parking for two cars is on site, and there is Wi-Fi throughout.
The barn sits on the working farm of its owners, who keep horses, chickens, ducks and a garden railway among the orchard. The grounds include a small stream and shared access to the wider land; tractors occasionally work the property. The setting is quiet despite being near the Lizard Peninsula, one of Cornwall's most recognised landscapes. The coastline itself—particularly the wooded reaches up to the Helford Estuary—is within easy reach and known for walking. Towns like Helston and Falmouth are close enough for a day trip, and the area has National Trust gardens, sheltered beaches and secluded coves nearby. No smoking is permitted inside.
