Tregidden Farm - Jemima Cottage
Cornwall

You arrive at Jemima Cottage to find an open-plan ground floor that flows from living space through to a full kitchen and dining area, with French doors opening onto a patio. A shower room and utility room complete the lower level. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and en-suite, the other with two singles—plus a family bathroom. The property is yours alone, separated from the owners' farmhouse on the 14-acre grounds.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer mean you can cook as little or as much as you like. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. There's private parking for two cars on site, a shared tumble dryer, and a garden with furniture and a barbecue. The owners keep horses, chickens and ducks across the land, so expect the working-farm atmosphere that comes with occasional tractor access.
This corner of Cornwall puts you within reach of both north and south coasts. The Helford Estuary's woodland walks are nearby, and the Lizard Peninsula—with its NT gardens, sheltered beaches and coves—is under 20 miles away. Falmouth is 23 miles south. No smoking inside the cottage.

Home from home…… but better! We spent a week at Tregeddra during early May where we were given a warm welcome into June’s lovely home. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and full of home comforts. June set us up every morning with a delicious breakfast and was on hand to give us advice for places to visit on The Lizard which meant that we found some true Cornish gems. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back.

This is the best place to stay if you're visiting Cornwall. I visited here with my wife. It's a really peaceful place, surrounded by farms. The best part is the host, June - she is so passionate about hosting and will help you with anything around the area. She has created this beautiful place with love, putting many tiny details into it, and you can feel it during your stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tregaddra farmhouse B&B in Helston, Cornwall, and it was nothing short of delightful. The host, June, was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The farmhouse itself was gorgeous, with cozy, well-decorated rooms and stunning views of the Cornish countryside. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with fresh, local ingredients that made every bite delicious. The peaceful atmosphere and June's exceptional hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Cornwall with a personal touch!

Had a truly delightful 3 night stay here. Rooms were wonderfully large, clean and comfortable. June, our delightful host, made us feel extremely welcome and the breakfasts were filling, tasty and full of local produce. Everything you’d want from a Cornish b&b. Cannot recommend enough.
