Tremodrett House Barn
Cornwall
The north and south coasts of Cornwall are within easy reach from this hamlet location, making it a practical base for exploring both. Padstow and Fowey lie either side, and the Clay Trails for walking and cycling run through the surrounding countryside. A mile from the A30 means you can reach most of the county without much fuss.
Tremodrett House Barn is a converted barn with two storeys and distinct character. Upstairs, an open-plan living space with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams opens on to a Juliet balcony; downstairs, a separate sitting room and two bedrooms, one with a king-size four-poster and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A small courtyard at the front has garden furniture; there's a shared courtyard at the rear. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. Parking for two cars is on site. The property sleeps four, suits couples and families, and does not permit smoking.
