Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury are both within driving distance—the former famous for its riverside setting and the Cotswold Motoring Museum, the latter for Arlington Row and the surrounding stone cottages. Bears Court Unit 8 is one of eight holiday properties converted from two barns in Little Rissington, a village at the heart of the Cotswolds. The unit itself is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house that sleeps six, privately yours for the duration of your stay.

The ground floor opens into a living space with access to the garden, where a dining area and kitchen with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher and all the usual equipment allow you to cook and eat as you wish. There is also a games room and a shower room on this level. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower, a second bedroom has another king bed, and the third has two single beds; a family bathroom serves the upper floors. The property has air source heating with underfloor warmth throughout, along with electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. Outside, an enclosed front garden has seating and furniture, and a private hot tub for six people. Two parking spaces are allocated, and there is an electric car charging point.

One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available.
