Riverview

Lower Mill Estate is a residential development in the heart of the Cotswolds, combining modern homes with access to countryside and leisure facilities. Riverview is a three-bedroom property within it, sleeping up to six guests across a kingsize bed, a double and a bunk pair. The whole house is yours for the duration of your stay.

Ground floor opens into a living space where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together—useful for groups who want to cook and socialise in the same room. There's a woodburner for cooler evenings, a shower room, and French doors out to a terrace. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are supplemented by a bathroom with a bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; the wood burner comes with initial fuel. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than heating ready meals.

The enclosed back garden has a terrace, seating and a barbecue. Beyond that, the estate offers a shared heated outdoor swimming pool with changing facilities and showers. Parking is provided for one car, with additional spaces available on the road. The property does not accommodate stag or hen parties, and smoking is not permitted.
