What a disaster place! Don't be conned into thinking it would be any good. The building is terribly run down. All posters are washed out, it is dirty and unpleasant. The cafe is like a cave with bad lighting. We came in and it was 15 degrees. Heating not working so they had 2 blowers for a huge space and the whole coffee area. Got some hot chocolates, 2 pounds each, which were so wattered down, the kids didn't want them. Waited in the car with the kids not to freeze until it was our turn. If my son wasn't hyped about spy themed escape room, I would have just gone away immediately. Toilets and space are very neglected, sinks falling apart, steep stairway without doors right next to the table where we were sat. The kids started making jokes that this place was a fallout bunker and more of a survival not a spy escape room. To hear that on his special day feels terrible.

Our son had a birthday party here and would highly recommend. Each and every one of the staff (Alison, Ella, Bella and Lily) were fun and reassuring at times when some kids were struggling a bit. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you

Children had an amazing time! Great experience for 8y old birthday party, they enjoyed it from start to end, just right amount of fun. Assume puzzling is on a higher level for older children. Consensus is that laser hallway and target shooting are best bits.

Do not book a party here. The building is filthy and the toilets were all out of order except for one where the door wouldn't shut and the smell was atrocious. It was unclear who was working there and who was in charge. The food came out on dirty plates and consisted of burnt pizza, frozen chips and, to my horror, chicken nuggets that were still frozen in the middle. When we asked for different food we were told that there was nothing else and that there was no one there to discuss this with us or to offer a refund. We had to leave without eating. Aside from the food this place is an accident waiting to happen as there is no proper supervision of children at all.
