The staff at the quality hotel are incredible, I stay there quite a lot and I absolutely enjoy my stay here they are so accommodating to my dietary requirements and the rooms are so clean and cosy, I honestly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone. There honestly isnt a hotel that I've stayed in that has ever made me feel quite like the staff at the quality. Bruno is the most amazing little furbaby and has a very special place in my heart, thank you to all the staff and the manager Andy for being truly understanding and welcoming on every single stay of mine and my partners. Staying at Quality Hotel, Coventry was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There was plenty of parking available, which made arriving by car very convenient. The room was spotless, and the bed comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, which would have been useful. Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel and gladly stay here when next in Coventry.

Great budget hotel. Spacious room, nice and clean. Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Breakfast was ok, but the chef but lovely and helpful. Overall value for money, I'd stay again

Our room was one of the cleanest we've stayed in anywhere excellent shower room,very comfortable bed for some one with back issues I had no problems sleeping. Staff are friendly meal service needs work came across as unprepared/rushed food well cooked
