What visitors say
Positives;- *very clean *good food and drink options *nice toddlers area *big older kids area *very secure *polite and informative staff Negatives *got very busy *lots of staff but no one really manning the form desk so it was taking a while to get in and out * there were two bands of pricing, ranging for under a year to over a year and above found that a little bit cheeky. * couldn’t connect to the guest WiFi and had trouble getting the password which then didn’t work. Overall a good soft play would go to again

Great for the kids. Dedicated 0-3 play area in addition to a larger one 4+ (but if your wee one wants the nig slides they can go in there as well). Staff is friendly. Coffee and cake available, but didn't have any myself.

Frankie and Lola’s is a lovely place for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained, and the overall setup is great for families. However, during our winter visit it was extremely cold inside. I asked a member of staff and was told that the venue doesn’t have any heating. Given the cost of entrance, a warm and comfortable environment would really be expected. Hopefully this can be improved, as it would make the experience much more enjoyable.

I went with my boy today to have a wonderful time, full of adventure, but what I found in this playground intended for children, where it should be a clean and safe environment, left me with a bitter taste. In addition to being very cold, everything looks super dirty. The employees were constantly vacuuming, but only in the area intended for tables, but once we climbed up, everything was gray, full of dust, with those black nets, from which the children hang, broken, one of the top mirrors, broken, and between the plastic windows, through which the children can see what is happening below them, indescribable mess. Everything looks as if nothing in the play area has ever been cleaned. The floor as you enter, broken, and the employees disinterested in everything that happens there and on the run to collect everything from tables. It was the second time they took my coffee before I finished it, although our things were on the chairs and the table, but they left the garbage on the table, without the mugs we were still drinking from. How can you ask for money for a child who does not have a clean area? What did I pay money for? For dust, cold and drinks that were taken from us before we finished them? Horrible.. We won't be going back anytime soon, at least not until the dust will be cleaned properly. If cleaning cannot be done, it means that it is not a healthy space for children, at least not for me. It seems that no one cares about this place, but only to take the money, without offering quality services for the asking price.
