The Barnyard

The Barnyard is an excellent area for children to explore, develop co-ordination skills as well as their social skills by interacting with other children. The first visit may take awhile for them to settle & feel comfortable on unfamiliar equipment. By the 2nd visit they really enjoy discovering what they can do. It's so lovely to see the kiddies enjoy more of the colourful equipment It's helpful for Mum's to be involved more in the beginning Tables & benches are available for Mum's to enjoy coffee or a drink and a sweet treat, snack or lunch sold on the premises. Parking in Ringwood is free at Waitrose for 2 hours & paid parking at the Furlong public parking area next to the Gateway Council offices. The Barnyard can be hired for birthdays on a Saturday if pre-booked. This is a really special venue for little ones.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party. And the team at The Barnyard out did themselves. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, they prepared all the party food which was presented and prepared on time for all the children. Also great that adults could purchase hot drinks. Its was just great to enjoy the party and not worry about the catering and clean up. Well done to the team again at The Barnyard. Highly recommend it for birthday party's, as well as normal softplay days.

Had my sons 3rd birthday here today and it was amazing! We had 20 children and it felt buzzy and fun throughout for children and adult alike. The food provided was perfectly pitched for the age group (see photo for set up), the owners are lovely and very helpful throughout and the set up with the soft play where it is allows all the adults to have some time to relax without being out of sight of their children is ideal. Good mix of activities for the soft play too, with an area set up for younger ones separate to the main area. Overall my son had an amazing birthday and the barnyard was a massive factor in this! I’m so glad we stumbled across this place! 100% come back again and again (and when we’ve been for a normal, non party, session we felt it was rare to find a soft play which serves good coffee and nice cake, but these guys have this too!).

We held our son’s 3rd birthday at the Barnyard this weekend after visiting a few times and we were not disappointed. The softplay is always spotless and is perfect for those with young children who want to sit back and enjoy a hot drink whilst still being able to see them at all times. The party package is wonderful value for money, the buffet was brilliant with a great selection of food, the owners were a fantastic help and all of the children had a great time. I would highly recommend visiting and hosting birthdays at the Barnyard, we will definitely be back soon.
