Lilypad suits couples, small families or friends after a self-contained base with room to spread out. The two-bedroom house sleeps four across a double and a kingsize bed, each with its own smart TV. One bathroom upstairs contains a bath with shower, and there's a separate toilet downstairs. The ground floor is open-plan—kitchen, living and dining areas flow together, with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and everything needed to cook properly. Underfloor heating keeps the downstairs warm. A washer-dryer is tucked in a cupboard, and essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. A small patio at the front has seating; parking for one car and a bike store are on site. One small pet stays free.

The location works on two levels. Ringwood high street is a ten-minute walk away—a working market town with Georgian and thatched buildings, independent shops, cafes and the Ringwood Brewery, which offers tours. The weekly market and farm shops nearby stock local produce. For outdoors, the Castleman Trail runs directly behind the property, a long-distance cycling and walking route through the New Forest. Families with young children will find a cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. No smoking inside.
