Star Cottage

Star Cottage is a recently refurbished property with character befitting its setting on the fringes of Ringwood. The two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one a single—accommodate three guests in full. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space flows into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker all present. A bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail serves the upper floor. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered in the rental.

Location matters here. Ringwood's shops and cafes are within walking distance, while the New Forest itself—woodland, heathland, wildlife—lies minutes away by car, as does the coast. A private parking space for one car sits outside, and there is bike storage if you plan to explore under your own steam. One well-behaved dog can join you at no extra cost. The cottage does not permit smoking.
