I love this Odeon it’s really well run and everyone is super friendly. However last night when watching a film in screen 7 I think the projector needs a service or settings need adjusting as the film was very dark and darker scenes you lost almost all the definition in the picture it was just a black wash out. Again not a reflection on the staff as their all great it was just a bit disappointing as I felt like I missed parts in the film and struggled to see other bits due to the darkness of the picture.

Not sure what's going on lately but all the films and the rooms have been sooo dark, I have great vision and even I couldn't even see my brother sitting in the seat next to me, I used to be able to see perfectly in the rooms and laugh at my brother struggling but now, I cant see anything either or others to the point its getting dangerous... only thing I can think of is they are trying to cut costs but the screens brightness feel they have went down by like 40%+ to the point missing parts of some films that are darker because you licharly cant see the screen and my brother with bad eyes was just going to leave the film at that point because he couldn't see nothing. But he couldn't even see to leave the room in the first place, we are probably going to cancel our Odeon+ subscriptions as they just arnt enjoyable or worth it now.

We were approached by a staff member asking if we needed assistance (we must have looked like fish out of water). Dora behind the counter serving food and beverages was the friendliest of them all. Clean throughout, wheelchair accessible. One disappointment was all of the soft drinks were Coca Cola brands, which are on the Boycott list. There are alternatives. Overall, nice place to visit and treat oneself. Would recommend.

Room 3 seat C1 doesn’t recline and the ice blasts are silly prices especially when u only get a paper straw
