What visitors say

Gym is great, the actual center itself is lovely - but the customer service over the phone is awful beyond belief. Had to call 6 times before the phone was answered, got put on hold the first time and hung up on after 6 minutes, and then the second lady that answered was so dismissive of the actual issue at hand and just wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. So so poor

I have been there for several times, the receptionists are very friendly ,never stop me for questioning . I played batminton with my friends . each court cost around £11 for each hour. the car park is free for first 3 hours, if you need more time, just register your number and free for all the time ! strongly recommend

Ridiculous policy and a rip-off. I paid for a pay-as-you-go visit, used the facilities, left, and came back later the same day, only to be told I had to pay the full price again for single entry. At no stage before I paid was I told pay-as-you-go actually means one entry only. If that's the policy, say it clearly before taking people's money. It's poor value, especially for anyone in the area for a day or wanting two sessions. And the complete lack of common sense or goodwill was even more disappointing. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this centre to anyone wanting a flexible pay-as-you-go option.

In many ways this the heart of the sporting community in Potters Bar. Gymn, football, skate park, winning pool, studio rooms, play ground and a soft play. And a nice cafe. It's consistently well run, organized and not expensive. We are lucky to have it!
