Upstairs are four bedrooms across two floors: a double and two singles on the first floor (which also has a bathroom with bath and shower), then two more singles and a kingsize with ensuite shower on the second. The house fits eight people and is yours entirely—no shared guests. It stands on a quiet street in Keswick, a two-minute walk from the town centre, river and Fitz Park leisure pool. There is on-street parking and a pub within a mile. The property is non-smoking.
