The property is a split-level maisonette: ground floor holds the main living areas, kitchen and two bedrooms, while downstairs a second sitting room and two further bedrooms offer flexibility for larger groups or families who want some separation.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave all included. Both the main living room and the lower sitting room have a TV and DVD player; the main room also has an open fire (fuel available locally). Four bedrooms sleep eight: two kingsize, two with single beds. Two bathrooms mean you won't be queuing in the mornings. A large patio with garden furniture extends the living space outside.

Electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. There's parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking. A pub is within walking distance if you'd rather not cook one evening.
