We had a lovely stay at Elm Tree Lodge, stayed from Friday to Sunday. Lovely rooms, clean and tidy and Tim was so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really nice too. Would deffo reccomend.

Minus one star to get to four stars if you stay in Room 1 - people from Room 4 has their bathroom outside of your room and unfortunately you can hear every single move when they use it, and also every single smell. Try to avoid room 1. Other than that, everything was perfect.
