The B&B sits on Leonard Street in Keswick, an adults-only spot with six rooms, each en-suite and equipped with drinks to make up in the room. Sarah and Colin run this amazing guest house in Keswick. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you are looking for a break in the Lake District. Rooms are so clean, spacious and very welcoming. The choice at breakfast is not to be underestimated. Food quality is so tasty, fresh and very well cooked. Portman House. Just great

Super Friendly Hosts, nothing is a problem. By far the cleanest B&B or hotel room I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was lovely, hit the spot perfectly for a day of walking. Will definitely recommend and return.

Wonderfully clean and spacious rooms within a couple of minutes walk into town. Colin & Sarah are absolutely wonderful hosts who really make you feel so welcome & comfortable. We visited for a birthday/anniversary and they actually left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge( unfortunately we forgot to bring it home with us) Stayed in Keswick on numerous occasions in various BnBs and this is by far the best. Will return ASAP. Thanks again to Colin & Sarah

Had a fabulous 3 night stay here. Colin and Sarah are superb hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfasts and the complimentary coffee and cakes are a lovely touch. Will be back.
