What guests say
A gem of a guesthouse in Keswick, within easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and the bus station. The guesthouse itself is very clean, well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and good shower facilities. Breakfast is a lovely touch with lots of gluten free options. Jon was super accommodating and friendly! He has great knowledge of the best hiking spots. We’ll gladly stay here again.

I stayed at Greystoke House for 3 nights in Room 4. This is a warm and welcoming guest house. Lovely, comfortable en-suite room, comfy bed, powerful shower. Plenty to eat at Breakfast with a good variety. Location is also excellent, surrounded by other guest houses the location is quiet although just a 5 min walk from the centre of town. As a solo traveller I felt safe and secure. Will definitely return.

Jon & Emma were very friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast every morning was the best. Location was excellent, only a couple of minutes walk from all Keswick town centre has to offer. My wife and I made use of the bikes storage for our 5 night stay. We totally recommend Greystoke House for your stay.😊

Recently returned from a wonderful trip to Keswick and lovely stay at Greystoke House. We stayed in a huge room with an extremely comfy king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a lovely, hot, powerful shower that was just the ticket after a wet walk on the fells! Jon was the perfect host and Emma prepared delicious full English breakfasts every morning. The weather was a little challenging and we made great use of the Greystoke drying room which had all our kit dried out perfectly overnight. Many thanks to Jon and Emma for the lovely stay!
