Couples and small families will find Fellside Lodge works well as a self-contained base. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a kingsize and two singles—with two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom and a Jack and Jill arrangement serving the second. Everything is on the ground floor, reached by three steps to the entrance.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with an electric oven and gas hob for cooking, a microwave and air fryer for quicker meals, and a smart TV for evenings in. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, a patio with garden furniture and an enclosed garden give space to sit, and there's parking for one car on site. One pet is allowed. No smoking inside.

Burnside Park is within reach of Keswick's shops and restaurants, and a short drive from the Lake District's walking routes and Derwentwater.
