Little Hills

Keswick's town centre is on your doorstep at Little Hills. The shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, and Derwentwater Lake sits just a few hundred metres away if you want to spend time by the water. A pub is within a mile, and the town has a theatre for live performances.

The house spreads across three floors. The ground floor holds a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove and Freeview Smart TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle. The top floor has a third bedroom. There are five beds in total: a king-size, a double, and a single. An enclosed garden with seating runs to the back of the property. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered; you just need to bring what you'd use on a short break. Smoking is not permitted inside.
