Keswick sits at the heart of the Lake District, surrounded by fell walks and water. Derwentwater is a four-minute walk away, and the town centre—with its shops, restaurants and a pub within a mile—is on your doorstep. Lund Cottage occupies a corner position in this setting, a Victorian terrace built as two separate dwellings and since fully refurbished.
The layout is unconventional: bedrooms downstairs, living spaces up. Downstairs holds a king bed in one room and two single beds in the other, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, an open-plan living area combines sitting room, dining space and kitchen, with original oak beams and a gas fire for warmth. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and the rest—and the utilities you need (heating, hot water, Wi-Fi) are covered. Bed linen and towels come with the place. A parking permit for one car is provided.
The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone. It does not permit smoking indoors.
