Miner’s Rest

Frizington sits on the western fringe of the Lake District, where the landscape opens into quiet countryside. Miner's Rest is a whole property with two bedrooms and a bathroom, sleeping up to five. One bedroom has a double bed; the other contains a double bunk with a single above. Downstairs, the living room and kitchen/dining room connect to an enclosed garden and patio. You get wifi, bed linen, towels and heating throughout your stay.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge and washing machine. The village has pubs within a mile, local shops and cafes, and Adams Memorial Hall nearby. More substantially, you're positioned for access to the C2C cycle route and Coast to Coast Walk, which both run through or near the area. Ennerdale and Loweswater lie close by for fell walking and open water swimming; Crummock and Buttermere are a little further. Dogs stay free and will find plenty of moorland and country lanes to explore. The property is non-smoking.
