West Fells Cottage

West Fells Cottage is a substantial detached house built with contemporary comfort in mind. The four bedrooms upstairs include a kingsize master with ensuite, two doubles and a bunk room for children, served by a further bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, the layout flows from a well-equipped kitchen through a sitting area to a conservatory overlooking the garden, with a separate cinema room and games room for rainy days. A utility room handles laundry, and there is space for five cars on the private drive.

The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered. Entertainment is built in: streaming services on multiple TVs, pool table, darts, and a private hot tub in the garden for up to six people. The grounds include a summerhouse, firepit hut and enclosed patio. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is situated in a quiet area of Cumberland near Rowrah Hall, and the whole place is yours alone for the duration of your stay. No smoking indoors.
