Old Saddlers Cottage

Old Saddlers Cottage is a recently extended traditional cottage in a quiet village setting, with a pub across the road and straightforward access to Keswick, Bassenthwaite, Cockermouth and the wider Lake District. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double with single, and two singles. Three bathrooms serve the whole house—one on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, and two upstairs. Heating comes from oil central heating and a woodburner in the second living room; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the stove.

Ground-floor rooms include a living room without a television, a dining room, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The second living room has a smart TV and the woodburner. Outside, an enclosed garden with sitting area and furniture provides a private outdoor space. There is parking for one car on site and additional space on the road. The cottage does not permit smoking.
