Serendipity

Keswick is the hub of the Lake District, with walking routes fanning out across fells and valleys, and the town itself offering shops, cafes, museums and Theatre by the Lake. Serendipity sits in a quiet residential area just a short walk away, in a purpose-built first-floor apartment with its own entrance and parking outside.

The layout is open-plan: a living area with TV and DVD player flows into a dining space and kitchen, where you can cook proper meals with an electric oven and hob, or use the microwave for something quick. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Everything you need is provided—electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property does have steep stairs, so it's not suitable for children under five.

From here you can reach Derwentwater within minutes, and Bassenthwaite and Thirlmere are also nearby. A pub is within walking distance. The town has a leisure pool, parks, and local options for golf, tennis, fishing, riding, sailing and climbing.
