We stayed one night while walking Cumbria way and would definitely come back. Its a lovely location close to the city center. The room was nice and spacious with amazing views, comfy bed. Bathroom is shared. Breakfast home cooked and absolutely delicious, we had full English. Paul, the owner made us feel like at home, very attentive and welcoming.

Absolutely brilliant. Stayed here on our trip on the Cumbria Way, Paul and Carol were so welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. They were more than happy to cater to our dietary needs. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay to explore Keswick and surrounding areas. Host was great: friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We had a super-clean, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed at Babbling Brook for 3 nights over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend and can not recommend highly enough. Everything was great , location, rooms and the breakfasts. Carol and Paul are wonderful hosts.
