Stayed 2 nights best b&b in keswick bar none,the attention to detail Tracy and Andrew,breakfast choices amazing,full eng inc proper butchers cumberland sausage(huge),even haggis,and salmon on toast with scrambled egg,they have thought of everything,even bath mat in shower,for us not good on feet they are a pleasure,we left as friends,felt like being with family cant recommend enough,only minus,not there fault,parking,esp market day,very hard to find,will def be back again in future.

Helen and I had the best time in Keswick (despite the weather). Breakfast was great every day, room very comfortable and great views. Tracey and Andrew were the best hosts, offering even to dry out wet boots and clothes in their drying room, checking in on our plans, offering advice. Bedroom freshened up each day, all just great. We will be back!

An amazing little B&B. Breakfast was fantastic and catered to gluten free and vegan diets. Our top floor room had a great view of the mountains. Tracy and Andrew are lovely. Close to the town and several great hikes

Thanks so much for having us - fantastic stay! Andrew and Tracey are fantastic hosts (they deserve 10 out of 5 stars!) - super friendly, attentive to detail and serving you a great breakfast that gets you going up the hills in Keswick’s beautiful nature. Rooms and guesthouse are tidy, super clean and well equipped with everything you need (shared fridge in the breakfast room). What we liked the most was the super kind and welcoming way of Andrew and Tracey each and every day. The two gave us fantastic tips - such as which hills offer a great view and to consider visiting the local theatre (definitely worth a visit). The location is great - very quiet and still close to the center of Keswick. A laundry is available in walking distance (5 minutes) in case you stay longer - as we did.
