Stonefold Cottage is a detached barn conversion sleeping six across three bedrooms—one double with ensuite toilet, a second double, and a third with two singles. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave; the shower room sits on the ground floor alongside a dining room and living room with wood burner and smart TV. Bed linen, towels and wifi come as standard, along with initial logs for the fire and parking for two vehicles on site.
The property stands in rural Cumberland within reach of the Lake District, Eskdale and Wasdale. A stream runs through the grounds, and there's a garden with patio, furniture and portable barbecue. The cottage has its own spring water supply. Heating is by electric central system, with electricity metered after an initial £5 allowance. No smoking is permitted.

Beautiful cottage, cosy even in February. Everything you need in the kitchen. Stunning views of the sea and hills. The owners live in the farmhouse and are so lovely and welcoming.

Brilliant cottage in the middle of some stunning countryside. The entire cottage was clean and well maintained. The landlady had pre-lit the log fire ready for our arrival also

What an amazing place to stay! The cottage is in a stunning location and very well equipped. The hosts are a lovely friendly couple who live just behind Stonefold Cottage. I would 100% go back to stay one day.
