The Old Church Hall is a thoroughly equipped conversion in Seascale, near the Cumberland coast. It sleeps 14 across five bedrooms, each with kingsize beds, and has four bathrooms with baths and showers. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a full kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and American fridge freezer, a utility room with washing machine, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi included. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining area with a Smart TV and high ceilings, flowing into a second sitting room—originally the church hall stage—that offers separate space for larger groups. Three of the five bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this level. Upstairs, two more bedrooms and two further shower rooms complete the accommodation. A garden with seating and parking for two cars are at your disposal. One well-behaved pet stays free.
Seascale sits on the coast between the Lake District fells and sandy beaches. The property does not accommodate smoking, and it is not suitable for parties without the owner's prior agreement.

An amazing stay from start to end! The property itself is perfect for large groups, plenty of bedrooms, lounge areas and of course the incredible cinema setup. Everything is finished to a superb standard but it’s all the little ‘extras’ that really made everyone’s stay special. The location is ideal, a few minutes from a gorgeous beach and everything you could need close by. Last but not least, I have to mention Louisa who was so helpful from the first point of communication, on the run up, during our stay and afterwards. The level of service was perfect. We are already planning our next stay!

Great place for a large group of family or friends to meet up. Pretty much everything you can think of is provided, and the massive table and lounge area is great for socialising. The local area has a great beach (2 mins walk) with an ice-cream parlour and fish & chip shop. The accommodation was clean and the heating works incredibly well for such a large area. Plenty of hot water, towels and toiletries provided. Very comfortable beds :-) Dog friendly and great communication from Louisa. Thoroughly recommended.

We had the best team getaway to The Old Church Hall! Louisa & John (not forgetting cutesy Ted!) were beyond hospitable. The space is perfect with everything you could need including bits and pieces for our canine companion. All details were considered and the kitchen and living space were great. And the table! Beach within tripping distance and beautiful Wast Water etc so close. Tranquil heaven. Can't wait for our next trip. Thanks so much. x

Louisa and John were the most amazing hosts, could not have made our arrival more welcoming! The Old Church Hall was equipped with everything the we needed and more, even stocked with treats, leads, poo bags, tennis balls etc for our dog! The venue was perfect for our family getaway, more than enough space for the whole family with a super comfy lounge ideal for board game night. Louisa and John had also provided a helpful book full of amazing suggestions to fill our weekend. Could not recommend The Old Church Hall or Louisa and John enough!
